Orvexyn separates what it can do from what it has actually proven. Every claim on this site is managed by an evidence level, and lower-level evidence is never presented as higher-level proof.
The five evidence levels
Level 2 — Process Evidence
Real records of manufacturing, inspection, packaging or shipping processes — photos, video and records from actual work.
Level 3 — Physical Evidence
Real parts, equipment, inspection instruments, packaging, materials and factory-floor photos or video.
Level 4 — Project Evidence
A real project with background, materials, process, requirements and results recorded — suitable for a case study.
Level 5 — Third-party Proof
Test reports, certifications, factory audits, authorised customer reviews, customer logos and third-party documents.

Quality dimensions in every project
These are the dimensions Orvexyn manages. This is Capability — a description of approach, not proof that a specific project has been completed.
Material
Confirm the base material and any filler or alloy before a process is chosen.
Process
Select the manufacturing route that fits tolerance, volume and cost.
Dimensional control
Define where tolerance matters and how it will be checked.
Surface finish
Set the finish and treatment the application actually requires.
Assembly fit
Check mating parts, fasteners and sub-assemblies together.
Documentation
Keep the drawings, specifications and inspection notes with the project.

BCuP-5, AWS A5.8 and ASME SFA-5.8 are product classifications or applicable standards, not obtained certifications. Orvexyn publishes inspections, certifications and customer proof only when the corresponding real evidence exists.
